Job summary

Qualifications

• Active registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA).
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in MILCON projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of NAVFAC processes, contracting, and design/construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent project management for Navy/Marine Corps MILCON planning, design, and construction.
• Manage scoping, scheduling, cost estimating, permit acquisition, and construction oversight.
• Serve as primary liaison between project teams and supported commands and HQ.
• Demonstrate leadership across planning, budgeting, engineering, and execution of shore facilities.
