Job summary

Bristol Infrastructure Design Services, LLC is seeking a Cost Engineer to support NAVFAC Hampton Roads, VA. The role requires cost engineering expertise across planning, design and construction of military facilities, with collaboration across engineering and architectural teams to ensure coordinated project delivery.

Applicants should have ABET/NAAB accredited degrees in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Architecture, and 5+ years in cost engineering within commercial/industrial projects valued

Qualifications

• ABET/NAAB accredited degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or Architecture with hands-on design experience.
• Five (5) years’ experience with Architectural, Engineering, or Construction firms incommercial/industrial facilities contracts with projects >$10M.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent cost engineering support for planning, design, construction and maintenance of Navy/Marine Corps facilities.
• Participate in budgeting, designing and construction of major projects and MILCON.
• Confer with stakeholders and ensure coordination across disciplines.
