Job summary

Rad Hires is seeking a Senior Lead Migration Engineer to own two complex migration programs for a US-based security firm. This remote role overlaps US Eastern hours and UK coverage, with a six‑month engagement and potential extension through April 2027.

You will lead technical delivery, drive validation, design decisions, and hypercare, while coordinating with client teams and internal experts to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold MS-102 / Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
• Hands-on with two Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations using MigrationWiz.
• Experience in Exchange Online, AD/Entra ID, and SharePoint/OneDrive migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of two migration programs from validation through hypercare.
• Act as the technical voice in client sessions and at project board level.
• Develop runbooks, wave plans, and cutover weekend strategies.
• Escalate and resolve migration issues, review design work, and guide client engineers.
