Federated Hermes is seeking a Senior Regional Consultant/Regional Consultant to drive sales growth and deepen relationships with independent firms and RIAs across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. This role requires strategic outreach, productive client meetings, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver comprehensive investment solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in a business-related field, extensive outside sales experience in financial services, strong market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business-related field preferred.
• Outside sales or financial services sales experience required; significant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment products; proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint; FINRA 7 and 66 required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with independent firms and RIAs to promote Federated Hermes investment products and solutions.
• Conduct sales meetings, identify client needs, and support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Sales to deliver exceptional client service and support the sales process.
• Maintain accurate client activity records in Salesforce/CRM systems and provide market and client feedback to management.
• Represent Federated Hermes at industry conferences, seminars, and client events.
