Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream in Salt Lake City is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of capital and expense projects from conception to completion. You will drive profitability, safety, and reliability improvements while coordinating internal and external resources across engineering, procurement, and operations.

Qualifications

• Ten years in petrochemical, midstream or refining industries.
• Five years in a project management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Engineering preferred; PMP or PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with business managers and SMEs determining business case, objectives, risks, and scope.
• Prepare and present charters and AFE estimates for funding and approval.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and cost, ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Procure and coordinate for materials, services, vendors, and bid evaluations.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure on-site presence at critical junctures.
• Oversee design, construction coordination, and project closeout activities.
