HF Sinclair Midstream seeks a Project Manager to independently manage multiple capital and expense pipeline and facility projects from conception to completion. The role oversees design, procurement, and construction with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and safety disciplines.

Qualifications

• Ten years in petrochemical, midstream or refining industry.
• Five years in a project management related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with business managers and SMEs including business case, objectives and scope.
• Analyze project economics and ROI for proposed initiatives.
• Prepare project charters and AFE estimates for funding and approval.
