Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple capital and expense pipeline and facility projects from conception to completion. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to improve safety, reliability and performance, with broad responsibility for project charters, budgets, and schedules.

The position requires deep experience in petrochemical, midstream, or refining environments, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Qualifications

• Ten years in petrochemical, midstream or refining industry.
• Five years in a project management related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with business managers and SMEs, determining business case, objectives, risks and scope.
• Analyze economics and ROI for proposed projects.
• Prepare charters and AFE estimates for funding and approval.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure regulatory, safety and environmental compliance.
• Oversee designs and builds of pipeline/facility projects, manage outside engineering resources and cost.
• Prepare procurement packages, evaluate bids, and manage vendor relationships.
