Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital and expense pipeline and facility projects from conception to completion, with work across multiple locations including Salt Lake City, UT. The role requires independent execution, orchestrating internal and external resources, and ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance at every stage.

You will develop charters, manage design and construction, oversee procurement, and mentor junior PMs while supporting PMO

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years in petrochemical, midstream or refining industry.
• Five years in a project management related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.

Responsibilities

• Defines projects, working with business managers and SMEs determining project business case, objectives, risks, and scope.
• Analyzes economics of each project and calculates ROI for proposed projects.
• Prepare and present project charters and AFE estimates for funding and approval.
• Build, manage and motivate cross-functional project teams through the lifespan of each project.
• Provide oversight and coordination for designs and builds of pipeline, facility, and plant additions and modifications.
