Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream in Salt Lake City seeks a Project Manager to independently manage multiple Capital and Expense projects from conception to completion, typically $100K–$5M, to improve profitability, safety and reliability while supporting plant operations.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, oversee design, procurement and contractor work, track costs and schedule, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and contribute to PMO development and excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ten years in petrochemical/midstream/refining industries.
• Five years in a project management role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with business managers and SMEs, determine objectives, risks, and scope.
• Prepare charters and AFE estimates for funding approval.
• Build and motivate cross-functional teams; ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Manage procurement, bid processes, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and quality; control change orders.
• Provide project updates, closeout meetings, and PMO support.
