Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering, design, construction, and modification of crude and refined product pipelines and terminal facilities. The role provides technical leadership across the full project lifecycle to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.

Responsibilities include budgets, schedules, drawings, and integration of instrumentation and SCADA systems, with management of EPC firms and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of progressive work experience in pipelines, terminals, pipeline stations, or petrochemical facilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline is required.
• Professional Engineer registration and refinery or petrochemical experience preferred.
• FCC, CCR, Alky, Sulfur unit, Delayed Coking, Lubes Processing and hydro-treating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, design, construction, and modification of crude and refined products pipelines and terminal facilities.
• Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and supporting technical documentation.
• Manage EPC firms, contractors, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance.
