Winsupply is seeking a Middleware and Integration Support Specialist to join our IT services group. This full-time role focuses on Google Workspace, Okta identity management, licensing, and third-party hosted applications to keep our enterprise systems integrated and secure.

You will manage user provisioning, security policies, MFA, and advanced support for middleware platforms, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues and deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems administration with middleware, identity management, and application support.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and license management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain Google Workspace email and collaboration tools.
• Administer Okta for user provisioning, authentication, and SSO with MFA.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for middleware platforms and integrations.
• License administration and compliance for middleware and related apps.
• Administer third-party hosted applications in external data centers and coordinate with vendors.
