Job summary

engineeringjobs.net, Inc. is seeking a skilled integration support specialist to deliver Level 1–3 support for global integration systems and to act as a SME across middleware, databases, Linux, and Java-based integration services.

You will build and administer application instances and database schemas, troubleshoot performance issues, and contribute to design work and governance processes for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience with integration or middleware.
• Preferred: 5+ years in progressive integration or middleware roles.

Responsibilities

Job description

Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for global integration systems and serve as a subject matter expert across middleware, databases, Linux, and Java-based integration services. Build and administer application instances and database schemas, troubleshoot performance, produce and review software lifecycle deliverables, design solutions to business needs, and contribute estimates and input to project and governance processes.

Requirements:

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field with 2–4 years of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5–7 or more years of specific experience. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of progressive integration or middleware support experience, and 5 or more years working with middleware platforms, integration solutions, Linux, WebLogic, custom Java libraries, and translating business requirements into technical designs, code, and tests.
