Winsupply Inc. is seeking a Middleware and Integration Support Specialist to manage middleware platforms, identity management, and application support. You will administer Google Workspace, configure Okta SSO/MFA, and provide advanced Tier 3 troubleshooting for complex integrations.

The role requires a proactive, analytical problem-solver with strong communication and collaboration skills to work across IT and vendor teams and ensure reliable, secure operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in systems administration with middleware, identity management, and application support.
• Experience managing Google Workspace, Okta, licenses, and third-party hosted apps.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Google Workspace email and collaboration tools and support users.
• Manage Okta provisioning, authentication, SSO, MFA, and access policies.
• Provide Tier 3 support for middleware platforms and integrations; diagnose root causes.
• Handle software licensing for middleware; track usage and forecast needs.
• Oversee third-party datacenter hosted applications; coordinate updates and outages.
