Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst to supervise a team of administrators delivering accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers. The role focuses on risk assessment, escalation, and implementing solutions to support client needs.

The position requires experience in securities settlements, reconciliations, and understanding complex investment types. Location is on-site with three or more days in office per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven to nine years of experience in alternative investments industry, financial services middle office and/or operations.

Responsibilities

• Trade capture into middle office operations platform.
• Confirmation of trades with brokers and counterparties.
• Ensuring accurate and timely trade settlements.
• Reconciliation of trades, positions and cash with external parties.
• Resolution of trade breaks.
• Knowledge of client portfolios related to daily margin calls.
