Job summary

HedgeServ is seeking college graduates to join the Middle Office team, handling trade support for hedge funds and PE clients. You’ll engage in electronic capture, confirmations, settlements, and cash management across diverse products, with growth into client-facing responsibilities.

Successful candidates will be exposed to a broad market of instruments and will work with senior staff to onboard clients and contribute to cross-team projects in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a middle office or trade support role.
• Exposure to multiple financial products is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade support for multi‑billion dollar hedge funds, including capture, confirmation, and reconciliation.
• Support OTC documentation processes and settlements activities.
• Apply client pricing affirmations to value portfolios accurately.
• Coordinate cash and position reconciliations with client and brokers daily.
• Assist in monitoring product lifecycle events and drive process improvements.
