Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation in Raleigh, NC seeks graduates with a starter-to-mid level background in middle office to join the hedge fund and private equity client base. You will engage in trade support activities, including electronic capture, confirmations, settlements, and valuations processing, with exposure to complex derivatives.

You will help onboard new clients, work with senior team members on cross-team projects, and become a primary point of contact within six to twelve months as you grow

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a middle office or trade support role.
• Exposure to a broad range of financial products, including derivatives.

Responsibilities

• trade capture, confirmation/affirmation, reconciliation, operational reporting and ad-hoc client queries
• Assist in supporting esoteric OTC documentation and settlements as needed
• Apply client-specific pricing affirmations to value portfolios
• Ensure daily cash and position reconciliations with clients, internal teams and brokers
• Monitor and process product life-cycle events
• Institute innovative tech solutions with business development team
