Qualifications

• 5+ Years Account relationship management experience. - Required.
• Excellent organization, planning and time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – the ability to convey a broad array of information succinctly and accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and investment and business acumen.
• High level attention to detail.
• Experience in a data analysis or business operations role preferred but not required.
• Experience identifying financial documents (audits, YTD financials, credit agreements, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, research and analyze transactions and resolve complex inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather data-related information.
• Escalate complex transactions to senior team members and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Interact with clients to resolve complex inquiries and transactions.
• Provide subject matter expertise to Middle Office staff.
• Support monthly end-client statements and cash projection reports.
