5+ years account relationship management experience.
Excellent organization, planning and time management; multitasking ability.
Excellent oral and written communication; ability to convey diverse information clearly.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; interface with all management levels.

Responsibilities

Process, monitor, research and analyze transactions; resolve complex inquiries.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather and disseminate data on transactions.
Conduct custodian bank reconciliations analysis (cash, asset and market value); resolve breaks.
Perform daily portfolio valuation, account pricing, NAV calculations and monthly accounting close tasks.
Support cash projection reports, client statements and ad hoc reporting.
