Empower in Dallas seeks a Sr Relationship Manager Mid-Market to act as a strategic partner for plan sponsors, advisors, and TPAs. You will manage 20–30 retirement plans with assets ranging from $50 million to $200 million and drive retention, growth, and retirement readiness.

As the primary liaison, you will deliver insights on plan design, investments, and governance, coordinate plan reviews, and collaborate with sales and client service teams. Travel 5–20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 5+ years in financial services with strategic relationship-building.
• FINRA 6 and 63 registrations within timelines.
• Life Insurance license required and FINRA fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 20–30 mid-size retirement plans for retention and profitability.
• Deepen relationships with plan sponsors, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights on plan design, investments, and retirement readiness.
• Lead plan reviews, participant education planning, and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with sales, TPAs, and client service to deliver tailored solutions.
