Job summary

Ethena is a remote-first company hiring a Senior Mid-Market Account Manager to drive expansion revenue within a US-based mid-market book (750–5,000 employees). You’ll close upsells and cross-sells, structure deals, and build business cases with champions while collaborating with Customer Success Engineers.

You will manage renewals, rank accounts by upside, and run quarterly business reviews to unlock new deals. A fast-paced, remote-friendly role with accelerators for multi-year deals.

Qualifications

• Proven expansion/upsell quota achievement in mid-market accounts (750–5,000 employees).
• Experience driving upsell/cross-sell in existing clients.
• Strong multithreading, value realization, and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Carry expansion quota across a high-volume mid-market book (750–5,000 employees) and manage renewals.
• Close upsells/cross-sells across Ethena’s product suite.
• Structure deals with pricing, buyouts, and free trials to lock in expansion.
• Identify revenue upside and prioritize biggest accounts.
• Run business reviews to open the next deal with ROI-focused stakeholders.
• Leverage regulatory trends to create opportunities.
• Share learnings to shape the expansion playbook.
