• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, with focus on unified communications, collaboration technologies, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms (Windows & Android) and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise collaboration solutions centered on Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms.
• Define and enforce Teams policies, configurations and governance frameworks.
• Configure, deploy, and optimize Teams Rooms hardware and video conferencing systems.
• Monitor service health and performance using CQD, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to technical teams.
