Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer (Microsoft Solutions) to provide enterprise Microsoft systems engineering and management support in a Washington, DC onsite environment. The role requires Top Secret clearance and extensive experience in AD, DHCP, DNS, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities include configuration, patching, and ensuring availability across servers, with Tier 3 escalation for complex issues and collaboration with COTS/GOTS vendors.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience; Bachelor's degree, or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Expertise with Active Directory Design and Implementation.
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with STIG Integration and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides Enterprise management support across the environment.
• Supports system operations for hardware, OS, and utilities on servers.
• Manages configuration, patching, upgrades, and availability across systems.
• Collaborates with COTS/GOTS vendors to ensure proper functionality.
• Acts as Tier 3 escalation in the operations environment.
• Provisions, administers, monitors, and maintains platform services.
