Job summary

Qualcomm Incorporated seeks a highly motivated IT Engineer to support and enhance secure Microsoft infrastructure for government mission requirements. 3+ years’ experience with Windows Server, AD, SCCM/MECM, DNS, DHCP, and security compliance is required. Active U.S. Top Secret clearance and US citizenship are mandatory.

The role covers administration, troubleshooting, and optimization across end-user and server environments, with after-hours on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT/CS/Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM/MECM, DNS, DHCP, file/print services.
• Experience in secure, regulated environments (NIST, RMF, CMMC) and with government security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows services.
• Manage Active Directory: users, OUs, GPOs, security groups, Domain Controllers.
• Maintain DNS/DHCP infrastructure and file/print services.
• Patch, upgrade, and lifecycle management of servers.
• Administer SCCM/MECM for software deployment and OS deployment.
• Support imaging, automation, and documentation.
