Job summary
Pacers Sports & Entertainment seeks a Senior Microsoft Service Engineer to lead cybersecurity and Microsoft cloud operations across Exchange Online, Defender, Entra ID, Purview, and Intune. This role emphasizes hands-on security management, incident response, and mentorship of junior staff within a dynamic sports-and-entertainment environment.
You will manage endpoints, oversee security posture, and collaborate with the Technology team on projects and field operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology and/or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Microsoft 365 (E3/E5), Defender, Purview and Entra ID.
- Experience leading security operations, incident response in a Microsoft cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity strategy and day-to-day security operations within the Microsoft environment.
- Configure and manage Defender suite and Purview with DLP and sensitivity labels.
- Manage Entra ID security, including Conditional Access and MFA setup.
- Oversee Defender for Endpoint, EDR, and incident response with monthly patching.
- Mentor junior team members in Microsoft administration and security best practices.
