Job summary

Pella Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Microsoft Administrator to own the architecture, security, and operation of the Microsoft infrastructure, including Hyper-V, Intune, and Microsoft 365 in a hybrid identity environment.

You will lead projects, mentor other admins, manage patching, DR, backups with Veeam, and provide expert troubleshooting across Windows Server, AD, PKI and SCCM. Remote role with on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with system administration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, administer, secure, and improve Microsoft infrastructure.
• Design and optimize Hyper‑V virtualization and Intune endpoint management.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and hybrid identity via AD and Entra ID.
• Provide troubleshooting across Windows Server, AD, PKI, SCCM, and related tech.
• Lead major projects, document standards, and mentor other admins.
• Participate in on‑call, incident response, and off‑hours maintenance.
