Job summary

8+ years in UEM engineering with 5+ years in leadership.
Active DoD secret clearance required.
Experience leading teams of 6+ engineers and admins.
Strong communication and stakeholder influence in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of Windows desktop system architecture.
Oversee UEM projects, drive continual improvement and optimization.
Mentor and manage a team of engineers and administrators.
Define workflows, data flows, and security/compliance standards.
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security on proyectos and incident resolution.
Establish endpoint configuration standards across a large enterprise.
Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
Develop dashboards and metrics for leadership decision making.
