Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience; degree can substitute for 5 years
• 8+ years in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Active DoD secret clearance
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and definition of system architecture for Windows desktop solutions
• Review completion of system additions and enhancements with recommendations to senior leaders
• Plan and execute UEM engineering projects focusing on tool implementations
• Manage a team of engineers and administrators for endpoint management tooling and deployment
• Maintain workflows, designs, and data flows with focus on security and compliance
• Partner with Infrastructure and Security teams on project execution and incident resolution
• Establish endpoint configuration standards across a large enterprise
• Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership health visibility
