Job summary

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, ITILv4 familiarity, and experience with MECM/Intune in a DoD environment. Travel is up to 10% locally, with a focus on mission-critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MECM/Intune solution for DAF enterprise IT
• Ensure scalable, future-proof MECM architecture
• Develop patch management procedures per best practices
• Deploy applications and updates per criteria
• Troubleshoot patching and application issues
• Create SOPs and documentation for hand-offs
• Operate and maintain MECM infrastructure
• Track SLAs/SLRs and generate reports
• Collaborate with security teams to meet requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
