Job summary

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Senior Cloud Licensing Specialist to join the Consulting team. You will guide clients through presales, post-sales, and ongoing support for cloud licensing, particularly Microsoft CSP, M365, and Azure.

Responsibilities include onboarding to CSP, licenses management via Partner Center, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining high-quality CSP delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft cloud licensing experience, preferably within a CSP partner or reseller environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft's CSP Program and products such as Microsoft 365 and Azure is required; EA/SCE/MACC/MPSA experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Partner Center, Azure Cost Manager, and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cloud licensing SME on presales and technical calls, aligning licensing recommendations with client objectives.
• Guide clients and sellers through licensing programs, product details, and processing steps to simplify the experience.
• Prepare accurate CSP quotes based on client eligibility including promotional considerations.
