Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience, including 7+ years in Product Management.
• Proven PM across new product development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SCCM, and software deployment lifecycle.
• Strong analytics with Excel and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Microsoft 365 portfolio.
• Gather and prioritize requirements and translate into features.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, support, and vendors to meet goals.
• Lead lifecycle planning from development to deployment and adoption.
• Deliver monthly metrics on volumes, savings, expenses, and forecasts.
