Job summary
ABC Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a Microsoft 365-focused Systems Engineer at our Beloit, WI location to administer, secure, and improve the Microsoft 365 platform and related cloud services.
You will work with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to support over 1,000 remote locations and ABC Supply facilities. The role emphasizes tenant governance, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Defender, with opportunities to automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
Qualifications
- Mature technical skills across Microsoft 365 and related services.
- Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
- Translate operational needs into secure Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Willing to work after-hours and participate in on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and secure Microsoft 365 core services (Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online).
- Monitor service health and communicate impact to teams.
- Manage mail flow, mailbox configuration, and governance settings.
- Support platform standards and continuous improvement efforts.
