You will oversee troubleshooting, study preparations, and design of new or revised systems to serve new purposes or improve workflows, defining business process requirements for IT solutions and ensuring compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems analysis and design work.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred; education and experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Oversees troubleshooting of computer systems or programs.
• Plans, coordinates, and schedules installation or training for new or revised systems; defines business process requirements.
• Designs, modifies, and implements new or revised systems to improve workflow.
• Assists with disaster recovery responsibilities and procedures.
