Job summary

A software development company is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator / System Analyst to manage M365 updates and configurations. Job description

Microsoft 365 Administrator / System Analyst

Location: Lansing, MI (2 months ago) – Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00

  • Monitor M365 product updates in the Government Community Cloud (GCC).
  • Analyze the impact of updates on the State of Michigan's M365 environment.
  • Recommend configuration settings consistent with organizational standards and policies.
  • Develop technical documentation and user guides.
  • Collaborate with M365 working groups, Microsoft representatives, and the Enterprise SharePoint team.
  • Support day-to-day operations of SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and other M365 tools.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in M365 administration and configuration.
  • Understanding of M365 implementation within Microsoft GCC.
  • Ability to assess and manage the impact of product changes in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in preparing clear technical documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing content in SharePoint and Teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
