Job summary
Valorem Reply, a Reply company, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant to lead enterprise engagements and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions. You will collaborate with PMs, developers, and designers to deliver Office 365 projects and design wireframes that meet client requirements.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years’ experience with Microsoft 365 tools, plus proven client engagement in a consulting environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint Online, Teams, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a consulting or agency setting.
- Proven client engagement experience and requirement gathering with workshops.
- Experience running workshops and demonstrating Microsoft 365 capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Office 365 projects in collaboration with PMs, developers, and designers.
- Design solutions and wireframes aligned to client requirements.
- Create Modern M365 solutions using Teams, SharePoint Online, and Office tools.
- Build forms and workflows with Power Platform.
- Maintain regular client communication and issue resolution.
