Job summary
Valorem Reply, a Reply company, seeks a Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant to spearhead enterprise engagements. You will lead design and delivery of Office 365 solutions, wireframes, and Power Platform workflows for clients worldwide.
In this role, you’ll drive client workshops, translate requirements into business needs, and demonstrate the value of Microsoft 365 capabilities. Competitive base pay with benefits in a collaborative, equal-opportunity environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint Online, Teams, Viva Engage/Connections, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate.
- At least 4 years supporting or implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Proven client engagement experience in consulting or agency.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into business needs.
- Experience running workshops and demonstrating Microsoft 365 capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMs, developers and designers to deliver Office 365 projects.
- Design solutions and wireframes aligned with client requirements.
- Build Modern M365 solutions using Teams, SharePoint Online and other tools.
- Create forms and workflows with Power Platform.
- Maintain regular communication with the client to address updates and issues.
