Job summary

Tapestry is seeking a Sr. Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer to strengthen and scale our M365 support and engineering capabilities.

You will lead as the technical authority across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, and Power Platform, driving governance and security best practices. You will partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to align with regulatory requirements, improve data governance, and evolve the support model to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Microsoft 365 engineering.
• Deep expertise across M365 workloads: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune.
• Strong understanding of identity, authentication, CA, and modern endpoint management.
• Governance, compliance, and security controls design in M365.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and influencing platform strategy.
• Excellent communication translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for the M365 platform (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Power Platform).
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable M365 solutions with security, compliance, and governance.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and provide Tier 3/4 escalation support.
• Define and enforce M365 governance models (data lifecycle, retention, sensitivity labels, access controls).
• Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Improve data governance posture with Purview and related tools.
• Contribute to long-term M365 roadmap and feature evaluation.
• Drive standardization and best practices across collaboration, identity, and endpoint management.
