Job summary

Tapestry is seeking a Sr. Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer to strengthen and scale our M365 support and engineering capabilities. This role leads governance, security practices, and platform roadmap collaboration with business stakeholders.

You will design and maintain scalable M365 solutions, collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance, and mentor engineers and admins across the M365 stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Microsoft 365 engineering.
• Deep expertise across core M365 workloads: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune.
• Strong understanding of identity, authentication, conditional access, and modern endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for the Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Power Platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable M365 solutions aligned with security and governance standards.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and provide Tier 3/4 escalation support for M365 issues.
