Trupanion, in Seattle, seeks a hands-on Microsoft Platform Engineer to own the Microsoft 365 E5 and endpoint management ecosystem. You will lead design, implementation, and operational maturity of Microsoft 365 Apps, Intune, SCCM, and related services to improve adoption, security, and user experience.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable Microsoft platform services, drive patching, and optimize license utilization,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure, endpoint engineering, or Microsoft platform experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• 5+ years of experience with SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
• 3+ years of Software/Tools/Automation development experience.
• Strong experience with Windows endpoint management, Office applications, app packaging, and patching.

Responsabilités

• Own Microsoft 365 E5 platform ownership, engineering, configuration, governance, and operation.
• Design and manage SCCM/SCCM environments, Intune, and co-management approaches.
• Package, deploy, and manage applications via Intune, SCCM, and Company Portal.
• Lead patch management strategy, reporting, and remediation workflows.
• Design, implement, and improve platform solutions; drive governance, security, and cost optimization.
• Mentor Service Desk and junior engineers; contribute to documentation and handoffs.
