The role partners with IT and security teams to drive identity modernization, passwordless authentication, and secure access initiatives. The ideal candidate has extensive hands‑on engineering and enterprise architecture experience, with a track record of leading

Qualifications

• 8+ years Microsoft infrastructure engineering
• 5+ years Microsoft identity engineering
• 5+ years Microsoft 365 administration and architecture
• 5+ years Intune and endpoint engineering
• 3+ years of Software/Tools/Automation development experience
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs
• Experience supporting regulated or compliance‑driven environments

Responsibilities

• Identity Modernization: lead Active Directory dependency reduction initiatives.
• Authentication & Access Management: lead passwordless authentication strategy and Cloud Kerberos Trust.
• Secure Access Architecture: evaluate Microsoft Global Secure Access and design Entra Private/Internet Access architectures.
• Identity Governance: implement Entra Identity Governance and automate provisioning/reporting.
• Develop automation and PowerShell solutions to improve governance and efficiency.
