Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS required or equivalent.
• Minimum eight years in IT/enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and migrations preferred.
• Strong debugging, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support infrastructure technologies to ensure reliability.
• Lead infrastructure projects using PM methodologies.
• Design and maintain architecture, standards, and docs.
• Monitor performance and perform upgrades and remediation.
• Collaborate with leaders, vendors, and teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, and business continuity practices.
