Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least two years in healthcare.
• 3–5 years of management experience overseeing cross-functional teams to design and implement changes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deploy scalable technology solutions aligned with clinical and operational goals.
• Oversee daily technology operations to ensure high availability and responsive user support.
• Sponsor and oversee projects, adhering to life-cycle standards and testing before go-live.
• Align with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage the tech budget.
• Lead lifecycle management for hardware, software, and devices, including disaster recovery.
