Job summary

Energy Access Innovations (EAI) is seeking an Application Support Administrator to own Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure across EAI and its family of companies. You will resolve issues the Service Desk can’t and move the business onto a secure Microsoft platform, working on-site with users, equipment, and networks.

The role demands 5+ years of IT support, 3+ years of M365/Entra ID admin experience, and a security-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support or systems experience.
• 3+ years Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Intune/Endpoint Manager experience.
• Networking and Windows/macOS knowledge.
• PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.
• Security-first mindset: MFA, least privilege, offboarding.
• Strong communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Endpoint devices.
• Manage users, licenses, groups, and mail across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Secure Azure, Defender, DLP, and email security.
• Investigate alerts and respond to sign-ins.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell.
• Provide onsite support at Dallas, Las Colinas, Sulphur Springs locations and on-call rotation.
• Contribute to runbooks, documentation, and training for Service Desk.
