Job summary
Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and optimize our cloud platform across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Azure AD. The role includes security, compliance, and automation responsibilities to ensure reliable IT services for a global enterprise.
You will lead incident resolution for complex Microsoft 365 issues, design scalable solutions, and partner with security teams to protect tenant integrity while driving operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration across core services.
- Experience with hybrid environments and Azure AD identity governance.
- Experience with scripting and automation to streamline operations.
- Familiarity with security and compliance features within Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 services and act as final escalation for complex incidents.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Perform tenant administration, health monitoring, and service optimization.
- Manage Exchange Online administration, mail flow, transport rules, connectors, and compliance policies.
- Troubleshoot mailbox, calendaring, mail routing, and hybrid Exchange issues.
- Administer Teams policies, governance, voice configurations, and collaboration services.
- Troubleshoot Teams client, meeting, calling, and integration issues.
- Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, storage, content management, and governance.
- Administer user lifecycle, groups, and conditional access in Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Implement security best practices and collaborate with security teams on audits and investigations.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and create runbooks for ops.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and efficiency.
