Job summary

Leoforce in Southern California is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Engineer to own and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Windows endpoint solutions. You will lead modern workplace initiatives, identity and device management, and deliver secure, standardized endpoints.

The role requires 3+ years with Microsoft 365 and Windows endpoints, strong Exchange Online and Entra ID knowledge, and experience with Intune/SCCM/JAMF/Workspace ONE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Windows OS.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Workspace ONE, etc.).
• PowerShell and automation experience.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID).
• Manage identity, SSO, conditional access, and endpoint security policies.
• Architect and support Windows endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Workspace ONE, etc.).
• Deploy OS, application, and security updates; maintain configuration standards.
• Monitor endpoint health, logging, and user experience.
• Automate workflows using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Partner with IT and Security teams to improve reliability and security.
