Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or Microsoft technologies experience.
• Extensive experience administering enterprise SharePoint environments (Online and SharePoint Server 2016/2019).
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers/administrators.
• Strong understanding of identity management, governance, compliance frameworks, and data loss prevention (DLP).
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
• Experience with governance models and best practices for enterprise collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SharePoint Online/On-Prem and Microsoft 365 solutions, including intranets and Power Platform apps.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable collaboration solutions.
• Administer and govern SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments for security, compliance, and performance.
• Establish governance policies, docs, cloud best practices, and platform standards.
• Lead and mentor the Microsoft 365 team, prioritizing workloads and code reviews.
• Drive Microsoft 365 adoption and modernization across the organization.
• Serve as the liaison between IT leadership, project teams, and business units to align solutions.
