The candidate will lead migrations, architect modern MS 365 solutions, and provide pre-sales support while aligning with business goals. This is a hybrid Dallas-region position requiring strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace services.
• Strong expertise with AD/EntraID and Exchange Online.
• Hands-on experience migrating tenants and modernizing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 tenant splits and migrations.
• Architect and implement Microsoft 365 solutions (AD, EntraID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
• Manage migrations of OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange components.
• Provide Power Platform optimization (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Provide MS 365 administration oversight and support.
• Develop estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Configure and optimize EntraID and Co-pilot settings during migrations.
• Support pre-sales with solution presentations and RFP responses.
• Implement and manage SharePoint Online solutions for collaboration and governance.
• Ensure security best practices during migration and setup.
• Document solutions, configurations, and migration procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace services, with a proven track record in managing complex migration projects and delivering tailored solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 tenant split and migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption
• Architect and implement solutions for Microsoft 365 services, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (EntraID), Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune
• Manage and execute migrations across various MS 365 components like OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Migration
• Provide solutioning for Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to optimize workflows and processes
• Provide administrative oversight and support for MS 365 services and infrastructure
• Design and develop cost and effort estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions
• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 Co-pilot, Exchange migration, and Intra ID (EntraID) settings as part of the migration process
• Provide pre-sales support, including solution presentations, RFP responses, and client engagements
• Implement and manage SharePoint Online solutions to ensure streamlined collaboration and document management
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in the migration and setup of Microsoft 365 services
• Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, and migration procedures

Requirements

• Overall 5- 12 years of experience, proficient in Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace services, including Copilot, Exchange Migration, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint Online
• Strong understanding and experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (EntraID), and Intra ID
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune
• Experience in M365 Solutioning, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Pre-Sales activities
• Proven track record in tenant-to-tenant migration projects
• Experience in building estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions
• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure certifications)
