Job summary

Endava is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and optimize SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Teams Admin Center. You will design configurations, manage tenant settings, and drive incident RCA with strong scripting and Azure AD expertise.

The role requires hybrid work with on-site collaboration, security alignment, and proactive automation using PowerShell and Graph APIs to improve operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for M365 administration.
• Solid understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services with ownership of SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain M365 configurations aligned with standards.
• Manage tenant-wide settings, licensing, and capacity planning.
• Act as escalation point for complex M365 incidents and RCA.
