Job summary

Endava is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and optimize SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Teams configurations in a enterprise environment. You will manage tenant-wide settings, licensing, and service health while driving automation with PowerShell and Graph APIs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of M365 administration, strong Azure AD expertise, and proven ability to troubleshoot hybrid deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Expert-level experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Admin Center.
• Expert-level experience with Exchange Online and Exchange Admin Center.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Teams and Teams Admin Center.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for M365 administration.
• Solid understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID (identity, authentication, and access management).
• Experience troubleshooting hybrid environments (on-prem AD, Exchange hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services with hands-on ownership of SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Teams settings.
• Design, implement, and maintain M365 configurations aligned with standards and best practices.
• Manage tenant-wide settings, service health, licensing, and capacity planning.
• Act as escalation point for complex M365 incidents and service degradation.
• Perform RCA and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Engage Microsoft Premier/Unified Support as needed and manage cases to resolution.
• Partner with security teams to implement Conditional Access, DLP, retention and eDiscovery policies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements; support audits and security reviews.
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and M365 APIs; improve operations and self-service tooling.
• Evaluate and deploy new M365 features and capabilities.
