Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure management and software engineering, with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-performance, production-grade applications at enterprise scale.
Deep expertise in high-performance computing using Java, with experience designing and optimizing enterprise-grade, multi-threaded, and distributed applications in a Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration, including Docker + Kubernetes in hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Accountable for executing and driving mid-size feature application design and development efforts to completion, serving as a development lead on medium-scale projects.
Proficient at operating with considerable autonomy and discretion, influencing design and development with advanced understanding of application programming principles.
Participate in design discussions as a Development Lead and drive design decisions.
Work with limited guidance to turn complex application design into well-written code.
