Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader for the Microelectronics market in the United States to own the overall treatment solution for ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim systems. You will coordinate a team of Process Engineers, manage schedules, and ensure the project meets safety, quality, and performance targets.

The role blends technical leadership with client-facing responsibilities, including defining flow sheets, applying advanced treatment

Qualifications

Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical)
10+ years of related experience in process design/operation
Experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment processes in microelectronics
Professional Engineer’s License preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the process design of ultrapure water, wastewater, or reclaim treatment solutions for the Microelectronics industry.
Align a team of Process Engineers to a strategy, deliverables, and schedule ensuring quality and timeliness.
Lead the design of complete water treatment solutions including flow sheet and unit processes.
Apply advanced treatment technologies (ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, RO, ion exchange, UV, etc.).
Own the Process Flow Diagram, mass balance, and process guarantees, including interconnections of unit processes.
Engage in piloting, benchmarking, and treatability studies as part of design and commissioning.
